Christopher Fuselier graduated from the University of Redlands in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. While attending the University of Redlands, Mr. Fuselier was awarded the prestigious Jerry Tinker Internship in 2004 where he interned for the Department of Homeland Security in Arlington Virginia. He is also a member of the International Fraternal Order of Pi Gamma Mu.
Mr. Fuselier received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2008. There he was a member of the University of La Verne College of Law Law Review, the Law Review editing Staff, and received awards in Appellate Advocacy for Best Appellant Brief and in Moot Court Honors as a Semi-Finalist Oralist and Runner-Up for Best Respondent Brief.
While a staff writer for the University of La Verne College of Law Journal of Juvenile Law, Mr. Fuselier had numerous writings published, including his notes and comments article Corporal Punishment of Children: California's Attempt and Inevitable Failure to Ban Spanking in the Home (2007).28 J. Juv. L. 82, which was recently referenced to and cited in the case of Mathews v. State (2008) 892 N.E.2d 695, 703.
Mr. Fuselier is a member of the California State Bar as well as the United States District Court, both for the Central and Southern District of California. He is experienced in the fields of civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. His areas of practice include: general casualty, product liability, premises liability, auto litigation, and construction site accidents.
