James Hansen earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He was admitted to California State Bar in 1995 after graduating Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Hansen was a member of the Western State Law review and recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts, Property, Civil Procedure, Remedies, Professional Responsibility and Legal Writing. He started his legal career working at Callahan, McCune & Willis where he became a partner prior to joining Willis I DePasquale, LLP.
Mr. Hansen specializes in Business Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Class Actions. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Western State University College of Law and published the article entitled Hey Tootsie This Ain't No Hostile Work Environment! Sexual Harassment After Harris v. Forklift Systems, Western State Law Review, Fall 1994.
