Nancy DePasquale received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University in December, 1988, Cum Laude, and was admitted to the bar in June 1989. She has focused her practice in insurance defense and general liability. Ms. DePasquale has extensive trial experience and has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She has represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation including Products Liability, Premises Liability, Health Care Provider Malpractice, Business and Transactional Disputes, Labor and Employment Litigation, and Automobile Accidents.
Prior to forming the firm of Willis | DePasquale, LLP, Ms. DePasquale was a shareholder of Callahan, McCune & Willis APLC where she worked for over 20 years. She graduated from California State University Long Beach, with Distinction, in 1978 receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders. Ms. DePasquale was then awarded a Master of Arts degree in 1981 from California State University, Long Beach in Communicative Disorders. She obtained a Certificate of Clinical Competence and practiced as a Speech and Language Pathologist for several years before becoming an attorney.
Ms. DePasquale is admitted to all state courts in California, the United States District Court, Central District, and the Supreme Court of the United States, and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions. Ms. DePasquale was the 2010 counsel for the California Association of Independent Adjusters (CAIIA) and is also currently serving as the 2011 counsel. She has provided numerous lectures and seminars on litigation related subjects to insurance companies, businesses, and attorney and student groups.
