Robert Booker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Booker is admitted to practice law before all Courts in California, including the Northern, Central, and Southern District Federal Courts.
Prior to his admittance to the California State Bar in September 2004, he served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court – Malibu Courthouse with the Honorable Lawrence J. Mira and the Honorable James Albrecht (ret.).
Mr. Booker also participated in Pepperdine’s Moot Court Competition. After his admittance into the California State Bar, he commenced his practice in complex civil litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, property damages, property disputes, HOA disputes, contract disputes, construction defect, defamation, and business litigation cases with law firms in Orange County.
Mr. Booker has represented both plaintiffs and defendants during his career and has served as associate general counsel for numerous construction companies in northern California.
