Stephanie N. Rachel graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a degree in Communications and emphasis on Public Relations. She attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, but transferred to Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota as a visiting student. She received academic scholarships from both law schools. While at Hamline School of Law, Stephanie Rachel received CALI awards for Mass Media law and Civil Procedure. While at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Stephanie received a CALI award for Negotiations. Ms. Rachel also studied International Law abroad at Oslo University and the University of Bergen in Norway. She graduated Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Ms. Rachel has several years of experience in appellate work and complex civil litigation, including Construction Defect Defense, Personal Injury, Property Damage, Wrongful Death, Products Liability, Automobile Accidents, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Trademark and Trade Dress Infringement.
Ms. Rachel is admitted to practice in the State of California, and is a member of the Robert A. Banyard Inns of Court.
